Refund policy

Once money is added to a user's Spinmasters account, it becomes non-refundable and may be utilized for participating in leagues or competitions hosted by the website.

Confirmed transactions by Spinmasters are irreversible, and customers cannot initiate reversals. However, users have the option to cancel a transaction and request reimbursement, subject to certain conditions at Spinmasters discretion. To initiate a cancellation and reimbursement request, users must send a written request from their registered email address. For transactions related to the paid version(s) of the contest(s), the request must be received at least 2 days before the start of the relevant round.

Upon deducting cancellation fees and taxes, Spinmasters retains the right to reimburse the transaction amount to the user at its sole discretion. The refund processing period is estimated to be 5-7 business days. Users are advised to be familiar with additional terms and conditions that may impact transactions during processing.

In cases where the clauses in the additional terms and conditions of a transaction conflict with those on Spinmasters, the additional terms and conditions will prevail. Refunds are only applicable to money used for contest entry and will be credited to the Spinmasters User Account source.
